How long will the license for Jira Service Management be valid ?

Hello,

We are about to try Jira Service Management.

Well - currently we are unsure which version we may use later on in our production environment.

But based this we will start with the free version soon and will try different test Scenarios to see if these scenarios will fullfill our requirements.

We are discussion how long the free period will be available.

Is the free version only valid for 30 days or is it longer valid ?

Hi @Manfred Hölscher 

The free version with maximum 3 users (and unlimited portal users) is free forever.

It is not a trial but a version with a little bit less functionality. 

For the other versions (standard, premium, and enterprise) you can have trial for 30 days.
