Hi,
We have two different instances of cloud.
Now my requirement is i want to copy the project from one instance to another instance of cloud, without removing the data from Destination instance . Is that possible ?
Let me explain it clearly.
There are 2 instances of Jira cloud we are using like A and B.
in A instance we have a production data and user's are already working their day to day activities there. There is a project in B instance i want to copy it to A , without deleting data in A.
Hi @CHINNAMUTHEVISAI.SATYANARAYANASHARMA
I'm Luka from codefortynine and if you don't mind using third-party apps our Deep Clone for Jira app can help you with cloning your projects and issues across instances.
You can use our Instance Clone feature to copy your issues from your source to your target instance. Just be aware that you need to make sure you have configured your target project so that it has the same custom fields, issue types, statuses, and workflows available as your source project.
If you need more help setting up the Instance Clone just let me know.
