How to give a read-only permission to Jira service Reports

Hi everyone,

I wanted to create a service user and give him an access to SLAs reports into a dashboard.

My problem is that I have to give him a read-only access to the SLA reports, but I can't figure out what permission to give so he can read the report sla without writing on the project's issues.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Thank you,

Nicolas

To give a user read-only access to SLA reports without giving them write access to the project's issues, you need to grant them the "Browse Projects" permission. This can be done by going to Project settings > Permissions > Edit permissions and selecting "Edit" for the "Browse Projects" permission. Under "Granted to," select "Application access" and choose the user from the dropdown. Select "Grant" and the user should now have read-only access to the SLA reports in the dashboard.
