Hi @ena.egbe
If you want your customers to see Jira data in HubSpot without giving them access to your internal Jira, there are a few things to think about first:
Because Jira and HubSpot store data differently, building this manually can get tricky — custom fields, attachments, history, and relationships can easily break or get lost.
In your case, you may consider OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM), an enterprise -grade integration tool and an Atlassian Partner for it
All this without writing a line of code :)
Here is the documentation you might want to refer to for HubSpot and Jira integration with OIM.

Hi @ena.egbe
There are so many approaches for integrating Jira Service Management with HubSpot.
What would you like to do, what's the user journey?
Would you like your customers to be able to create tickets in JSM from your website?

What kind of access do customers have to HubSpot? Do they actually log into your production environment?
In other words, I guess you'd have to explain what's the definition of a customer in your case. Are you a marketing agency providing managed HubSpot for them?
