If you want a service request with approvals in service desk to go automatically to an assignee

If a service request with approvals come in, and there is only one individual in an org that can approve it how can I force this condition?

When issue is created>

New Condition>

JQL Condition?

Also what is that particular string for that JQL (if I am going the right way with this)

You can place a Post Function in the workflow transition that will pr grammatically add the assignee s outlined above.

Hi there!

You can automatically set the approver field to a specific user.

This can be done through an automation rule as shown in the below screenshot:
