Is it possible to create different field patterns depending on the selected cascading field option?

For example:

First field, the first field will be called "What is your emergency?" 

Example answers for that are:
- Creating a new user
- Equipment failure
- Access request

I would like to display a different set of custom fields depending on the answer to the first question.

Hi @Rafał Falisz 

I will look to the add-on Dynamic forms for Jira as this doesn’t come out of the box.

Once your fields are all configured you can hide and show fields based on a users selection.
