Is there any way jira can fetch different types of reports from automation frameworks and display it in a dashboard. We have reports like junit xml report, extent report and html report which are generated from different types of automation frameworks which are in C# and java languages. We need to know if jira can consume those reports and show it in a good way.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Jira can display issues and data associated with issues, such as custom fields, status,  request types, etc, in many ways. You can, however, create several integrations between Jira and external systems, in which you can map the external data with Jira data schema and display, report, etc. You might look at marketplace apps to provide analytic capabilities to ingest data from other solutions or create your own. There are many possibilities depending on the data and what you're looking for. For example, you could use Assets to create an import job integrating with an external dataset, map to your object schema and JSM data, and use an app like Eazybi to pull the data and create dashboards, charts, etc. Again, that all depends on what you're trying to achieve.
