Jira Cloud in Teams notifications

I installed Jira Cloud in microsofts teams but when i click on Start getting Jira Notifications the pop up window open to select the notifications is blank,  so i cannot choose the notifictaion and save it.

so all notification from Jira is still sent in my inbox instead of team

Seems like the App down. there is a nothing similar issue reported.

Are you open to alternative Apps?

This isn't really an answer per se but I was experiencing the same issue in Teams for Windows. I cleared my Teams cache and the issue persisted. I switched over to the Mac where I had Teams installed and was able to configure notifications successfully.
