Jira Service Desk Intermittent Errors

We are experiencing issues with Jira Service Desk, our tickets are loading and then we see an error:

An error occurred

An error occurred while loading this page

Is this a general issue?  We have urgent tickets to investigate.

Hi @Carol Higgins 

we are seeing the same errors on many Atlassian customer sites. Probably a global issue, we have created tickets to the Atlassian Support.

I would advise checking https://status.atlassian.com/ in a few minutes to follow progress on a fix.
