Left nav side bar is appearing blank and without icons. Attempted several suggested fixes from previous questions/tickets on this (cache clearing, adjusting settings, etc.) but still appearing blank. Any suggestions?

Seeing alerts now that they're updating the Issue View UI - so guessing this may be linked to that? Glad to know it's not just us!
