I have two accounts in Atlassian.
I can see all the Kudos in my secondary account but in my primary account they are zero.
Question: whether they Kudos and badges don't reflect across accounts?

Welcome to the Community!
As far as I know each atlassian account is unique and associated with separate email ID. From Atlassian view there is no concept of primary and secondary accounts.
So Kudos and badges won't reflect across accounts.
