We have JSH alerts configured to be sent to Mattermost channel.
This is working fine.
However, when clicking on the link in that mattermost message, it is sending me to the Opsgenie page with the ask to login. When trying to login, it tells: your opsgenie has been integrated.

So the link should go to JSH integrated Opsgenie. How to change this behavior?

Hello @Thorsten Busch

The issue with Opsgenie links in Mattermost redirecting to the login page instead of the JSM-integrated Opsgenie page could be caused by incorrect link configurations or permissions.

My recommendation is to verify that the links generated in Mattermost correctly point to the integrated Opsgenie instance.

Also, check if the user role in Opsgenie has access to the linked resources.

Hi @Sahir Maharaj ,

thanks for your note!

Mattermost is just providing a webhook and displaying whatever is sent to that webhook. So the source of the links is Jira/Opsgenie. In Jira integration settings, I see no option to change the format of the link.
Currently the link is opsg.in/a/i/{instance}/{UUID} which leads to opsgenie.com instead of the format used by the integrated version:
https://{instance}.atlassian.net/jira/ops/teams/{team-id}/alerts/{UUID}
