I have a question. Is there any way to change the design of the portal group in the Jira Service Management Customer Portal? As a list, grid, or something like that ?

At this time there is no further customization possible of the portal and it's components.
They did announce last year on Team '23 that they are working on a more customizable portal.
In the meantime you can look at an app called Refined (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218481/refined-for-jira-service-management-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) which gives you a more WYSIWYG editor and further control over how everything is shown.
I suggest starting a trial of the app to see if it is a solution for now.
