Hello, we want to bring data from our active directory into tickets when they are created, specifically employee location and department.
For example, when a user creates a service request, we'd like to automatically include their department and location. Is that possible? Thank you

unfortunately you can't retrieve additional information from AD using builtin feature.
You should develop something custom for this purpose. I didn't find any plugin for the cloud with these capabilities on the marketplace.
