Are not expected additional costs. By default, every JSM customer has an Opsgenie product, what Atlassian is doing it's just to bring the Operations (New Opsgenie UI) to JSM.
If you already use JSM and Opsgenie, not additional costs are expected. But if you use only Opsgenie as a separated product, then I recommend you to check the pricing model to JSM and see the differences.
