Any limit for Automation rule on JIRA Data Center edition

Dear Community,

Can I ask a quick question - Does there any limit to Automation Global rule in JIRA on Data Center Edition? Until now we're having only project scope rule but now we need to setup the rule to run with 2 projects(to update the epic issue field when the story issue under that epic transitioned using Branch Rule / related issues). 

If there is any such limt, what is considered as Execution? Bcz the rule should only execute for specific conditions.

For your use case, you can go ahead and create the scope of the rule for another project. There's no much impact

Resources should be properly allocated to the server in order to have better performance!!

Thanks for clarifying. For my use case means for JIRA Data center edition right? 

I've confused with Jira Automation, usage limits (atlassian.com) . I read there as limits are there for 500 exeuctions per month. Probably it is for cloud edition right?

yes correct that is only for cloud

For Datacenter, there is no limit
