i want to know is it possible to auto closed ticket when Click 1 specific link ?
example :
i make 1 portal service aimed for "change password", when the customer click that specific link, it will create ticket and then the ticket will automatically closed.

I think you can have a specific workflow for this issue type and have it automatically move to Resolved or Closed status based on that workflow. You could also use project automation for this. Is this simply to track password lockouts?
