I am trying the customize the Customer Portal Screen, when the customer wnat to see the issue details with his profile, I want to add/remove items in the following screen:
How can i add/remove these items? Thask a lot.
These are transitions you have chosen to make available to the customers. You should be able to remove them by removing the "customer can trigger this" option from the workflows.

You should be able to add or remove them here: https://<your-domain>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/admin/<Your-project-key>/request-types/request-type/8/request-form
Switch to the request form and you should be able to edit the fields shown in the portal.
