I have the triage channel working for one service desk project but seems I cannot set this up for another service desk project in another slack channel...
Is there documentation stating it can only be integrated for one service desk per slack account?

I came here looking for the exact same answer. Mainly because the documentation says it should be possible: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-chat/

@Molly Bronstein any chance you or someone else form Atlassian might be able to clarify this situation?
