Can the customer portal more prominently display the Resolution field?

Currently, the Resolution for Closed issues is only mentioned in the notification message when the issue transitions to Closed.

Can the Resolution field be displayed next to the status? If so, how can it be done?

Additionally, I would like the ability to display the Resolution as a column in the table of issues on the Requests page.

I'm aware there are feature requests to add these capabilities for custom fields. However, the Resolution is not a custom field. I didn't find documentation or requests for displaying the Resolution field:

  1. permanently for an issue (next to the status) and
  2. as a column on the Requests page

Out of the box there is no way to do this. I believe that the app Extension for Jira Service Management allows you to display additional attributes to users including the resolution field.

As for a column on the requests page - this app looks promising, although I don't see resolution called out anywhere in their documentation explicitly.
