My company is already using multiple Jira products, we already have JSM in use for a few members.
- I am the IT Manager and a 1 man band at the company
- I have used JSM for the past few years in other companies
- I want to start using JSM as my main ITSM tool
My main question is can i upgrade my own account / license for the JSM /ITSM using the Premium plan without having to upgrade everyone else's accounts .
What are the options if possible?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The short answer is no, you cannot upgrade a subset of your users to a different plan. If you upgrade it applies to all licenses of the product.
So the only method would be to do it under a different site domain name ( we have 2)
