We have JSM Cloud and Opsgenie before they bought Opsgenie. I recently saw an opportunity to get the product combined into one service. Has anyone done this in similar situation?
I have below questions on this if anybody can share their thoughts -
1) It seems we would lose Opsgenie direct support with merged product. What is your experience with this? Opsgenie has great chat support and I am very happy with that and afraid to lose it.
2) With the combined licensing, some Opsgenie users may not need to be on JSM and vice-versa. How do you manage this?
