Condition to configure Update Frequency using Jira Standard SLA

Hi,

Could you please someone help me to configure Update Frequency using Jira Standard SLA?

To configure Update Frequency SLA using Standard SLA configuration of Jira, we would like to know the start and stop condition to be specified to capture the external comment interval.

Thanks for your reply.

Suggested condition wont work for me. Because we want to calculate the external comments interval from first public comment till last public comment.

Any other suggestions please ? Much Appreciated.
