I have fields, when the task is created, I don’t need them, how can I see what this field is and delete it?

The Allure "fields" are from an app. I don't think you can remove it if you are not an Admin.

I am an administrator, how can I remove them?

Still, how can I remove these fields?

Hi @Andrey Ivanov

please check if your app settings are public or attached to specific projects only: https://docs.qameta.io/allure-testops/briefly/project/access/#project-visibility

I'd recommend to only activate the app in specific projects to reduce the noise of public customfields within your other Jira projects, which do not rely on test management.

Hope that helps to improve your Jira experience!

Thanks for the answer, but this is not exactly what I need, the fact is that we don’t have testops at all, this field only began to appear after we moved to the Data Center

❓ Are you sure that this app Allure TestOps for Jira is not installed in your Jira Data Center?

💡 I'd assume that these two Allure panels will only pop-up when the app is installed and active in your Jira instance.

⚙ Please check this documentation where the configuration to embed data from Allure TestOps to Jira is explained:

Hope you can make progress with that.
