We are using the new Jira Cloud integration in Opsgenie. When tickets are created in Jira, an Opsgenie alert is created. In that alert, we can see the link to the Jira ticket and its status.
Can the same information also be displayed the other way around? So that we can see the status of a linked Opsgenie alert in Jira Service Management?
There is a new functionality to link Alerts to Jira Tickets, but this has to be done manually at this point. Here are the instructions on how to do it: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-linked-alerts/
It would be ideal to have this synced both ways automatically, but this may come in the future.

Fabian
Thanks for your reply Fabian! I can't see the "Linked alerts" field anywhere under Details. If I perform a "Find your field" search, I can only look for "Linked issues", not alerts.

Probably because we do not have Incident management enabled. I'll look into that.
