Hello,
What happens is that I want to notify a certain group of people when problems are shown, but it doesn't work for me.
The first thing I did was to configure it within the notifications as shown in the image. After verifying that the group was inside the project
Does anyone know what is causing this issue of not receiving notifications?
Thank you so much, I waiting for your answers
Does the group have access to view the project? Are everyone in that group assigned a JSM license or Jira license? The notification scheme will send notification based on your permission scheme, so if that group does not have access to the project the notification will not be sent.
Yes, everyone has a Jira Service Management license and is on the project.
But we do not know what is the reason why it does not notify knowing that it is well configured

@dhernandezs From what you shared you gave the group the administrator role. What permissions does the administrator role have on the service management project? This is most likely your issue. Since they have JSM licenses what happens if you change their role to service management team?
I would also suggest going to settings > system > notification helper. This tool will allow you to test and see if a specific user should get a specific notification.

Just to confirm that no one in the group is getting the system notification? or just a few users within the group?
