We currently can't create any tickets with our projects (happens in service managment + software). After a little research, we found out that the issue could be related to a broken workflow. So we decided to change it into a new one - and get following error:
500 - internal server error
Protokoll - 059845ea-660c-40f7-ad95-52a7745c687d (this value differs when another attempt is made + screenshot is in german)
The message says we should check the statusboard but both are operational.
When a new project is made, everything works alright (properly because a new workflow is created) but that's not an option for us.
Welcome to the community. Since it is in the CLOUD env, I would recommend you to submit a support request with Atlassian Support Team (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance as they can access the system logs for more detailed information.
