How do I block a ticket after it's closed?

Is it possible to block a ticket after it has been closed or canceled? That is, you cannot comment or make any changes.

@Danilo Antonio Araujo Lopez -

As @Fabian Lim suggested, you should also keep in-mind to always allow project Administrators role member to be able to conduct changes.

Example - only allow project admins to edit the issue after it is closed

In the above example configuration - When issue is at the closed status, issue is editable only for the member of the admin role (10002 is our role internal id in our env).

Hope this helps.

Hi @Danilo Antonio Araujo Lopez

You can use the properties in the workflows.  Details here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/
