I am trying to make a queue in the service desk with tickets that have 'time elapsed > 1000h'.
I found the JQL: cf[10106] > elapsed(1000h) where cf[10106] = time to resolution.
When I add the JQL [Site != Test AND cf[10106] > elapsed(1000h)] to my filter, I do get a list but its incomplete. If I look up the tickets >1000h by hand I get 35 tickets >1000h and the list only shows 13.
How do I solve for this?

By chance are the missing 12 in a done status category? Unless something has changed issues that are done will not be recalculated.
