How to optimize Jira service management?

I have an asset list in my Jira SM. Sometimes, the assets section in Jira runs very slowly.

Could you please provide any ideas to optimize the assets section to improve performance in my Jira SM?

I don't think that there is anything you can do about it. Especially if you have a few objects within your asset. Atlassian instances I think that they are optimized already to perform as fast as they can. And for sure other factor could affect its performance, but it's out of our reach.

 Thank you for your feedback. I have more than 500 assets in my Jira SM, and the asset instances are running very slowly. Is there anything we can do from our side to improve the performance of the assets?

500 assets is not that big of a volume to have an impact on your site performance. I don't think that you could do anything about it, unfortunately. But since you are on a premium plan, you can raise a request to atlassian and complain about the poor performance. After all, you are paying a load of money :/
