We want to integrate Jira Service Management cloud to our project by allowing our existing users to create an issue from our web site without the need to login to JIRA customer portal. Our website has already a user login feature and what we want is when the user is already logged in to our custom web site they can go to customer portal without asking for a username and password. So How can we integrate the customer portal to our project and avoid the login when user is already logged in
Assuming your users are considered "Customers" in your JSM project you should consider adding the Widget to website. What you ideally are looking for is an SSO solution for your customers and while Atlassian Access works for internal Jira users it does not for Customers, unless something has changed there.
Yes. user are customers in our app. We want the whole customer portal to be able to access by the customer and in widget we only get access to the form. As customer can see the portal they can check the status of their tickets

Your best bet, AFAIK, would be to use the APIs and develop your own portal integrated into your website. You could check the marketplace for possible solutions but I am not aware of any such solution. I would love to have this solution too.
