Is it possible to create automatically Jira issue from Jira Service Desk issue

Hello,

I want to ask if it is possible to create Jira issue from Jira Service Desk ticket automatically?

The situation is following: When ticket is open in Jira Service Desk it should be automatically created (or the agent should click create somewhere..) in Jira as issue in specific project.

Is it this possible by default on JSD and Jira or as plugin?

Yes, of course, this can be achieved with basic automation that comes with a service desk

Hey Olga,

Thanks for the fast answer, but when i go and make custom rule I do not have create issue in the THEN section.

Do you know why?

Hello Marko, 

My bad, this function is only available on the cloud version, to achieve this you would need an automation plugin.

It's not free pricing depends on how many service desk users you have, users not customers.

The plugin is great can be used for many useful things.

It's only 10$ for 3 service desk users
