I want to ask if it is possible to create Jira issue from Jira Service Desk ticket automatically?
The situation is following: When ticket is open in Jira Service Desk it should be automatically created (or the agent should click create somewhere..) in Jira as issue in specific project.
Is it this possible by default on JSD and Jira or as plugin?

Yes, of course, this can be achieved with basic automation that comes with a service desk

My bad, this function is only available on the cloud version, to achieve this you would need an automation plugin.
