Hi our company is using Jira cloud, and I need to present a weekly report on our progress on an Epic level, and a monthly report that shows progress by developer. Is there an easier way than manualy filling an XL chart?
Thank you in advance!
Hello @Lior Regev
I recommend you to try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. Its Pivot table function allows getting an epic report with the data on how many tickets have been assigned to and solved by a particular team member (developer in your case). So you can monitor the progress easily.
All you need is to choose a dev you need to monitor data about. You can export a generated report to CSV or XLSX files. It's developed by my team and is free for using up to 10 users. Please, let me know if you have any questions. Hope it helps.
Hi Julia thank you for the reply! It sounds perfect for our needs, I saw it has a free trial for 30 days and then it costs 43$ per month, or is it still free if I use it for up to 10 developers?
Thanks for your help!

Hi @Lior Regev
You can write down the number of users in the Atlassian calculator on the price page for any application. Also, here is an explanation:
How to calculate the price for your add-on?
The add-on is free only for companies with up to 10 users.

Another option you can try is a dedicated Jira worklog Excel report to create weekly or monthly work progress reports in Excel. This comes built-in with Better Excel Exporter for Jira. In case you need to add more information to the report, it's easy to customize as well.
(Please note that Better Excel Exporter is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
