JSM Chat on Slack and Teams at the same time ?

Hi 👋🏼

We are setting up JSM (Cloud) internaly and we would like to allow our internal users to contact us via chat.

We began to explore the Chat feature but I have a couple of questions :

• We use both Teams and Slack. Teams is used by our internal users and Slack by the support team. Can we connect both Slack and Teams? I didn't find how to do that.
• If that is possible, we would like to have a request channel on Teams and Slack and a triage channel on Slack only. How to achieve that?
• I already connected JSM with Slack but I can't remove Slack from the projet, the "Disconnect this project" don't work

We decided to plug JSM with Teams finally.

But I can't disconnect Slack!!

I deleted the associated request type with our Slack integration.

I now have this screen :

I cannot revert the connection between my project and Slack. How do I do that ?

Did you ever get this figured out? I am trying to remove the integration from teams as our company switched to slack and have as you mentioned in your origianl post the "Disconnect this project" button does nothing at all.
