JSM is appears to be down. All we get are errors. Is anybody getting feedback from Atlassian?

Does anybody have any news or information on the status of the Jira system issues right now?  Any ETA or communication from Jira?    I can't even submit a ticket to Jira.

When are we going to expect a root cause investigation? Given this affected all atlassian platforms?

Not even sure Atlassian is aware since noone can submit tickets either
