How to set the SLA timer to be in minutes rather then hours?

currently you can't setup time format. Btw, the ggod nes is that Atlassian is going to release this feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-59

Goals may be left blank, or they must be defined according to the following format 4 hours 30 minutes

It seems a browser issue on your side. I'm able to do that on my cloud instance. Please try with another browser or cleanong your browser cache first.

I tried through Safari (cleared the cache) and on another cloud instance, the error remained

could you try to switch to US language and try to setup 15m. I could be related to your language settings.

Thank you, it turns out that in Russian the minutes are "мес". Mouth in US
