Hello!
I'm a junior QA working with games made with C# :) I'm trying to implement automatization to my test. The problem is I don't know how to link Jira/Xray with Microsoft Visual Studio to automate test I want to run.
I learned how to do it on web but it seems is not the same if the target is a .exe.
Thanks!
Hi @Circenn Gomez Gascon and welcome to the community,
Which type of tests are you trying to run?
Xray is meant to be a test management tool not a test automation tool/runner. Could you please describe what exactly you expect the system to do?
Thanks in advance.
Best
Stefan
Hi Stefan! thanks for asking.
We have a game (slot game for casinos) There are some features that triggers when some conditions are activated so I want to link that trigger with the test case I created.
Normally we test manually every feature and then we change the status of the test case by hand.
Maybe what i need is a runner as you said?

I would recommend to read into the functionality and concept of xray (see following helpful links):

What I get from your post/answer is that you´d like to get results of your tests back into xray test execution. Is that correct?
