Dear all,
I have a problem with my JSM and JIRA communication.
my JSM and my JIRA are connected together and I can link JSM tickets with Jira tickets.
But I can't create a ticket in my JIRA based on a JSM one: the available projects are only JSM project.
Did anyone already faced such a situation .
Regards
Mathieu
Hi @Mathieu Leboeuf ,
Maybe an obvious one ... but do you have "Create Issue" permission in the Jira projects?
Best regards,
Kris
thank you for the help. When searching the create issue permission I found that the free plan is limited: authorization are not always customizable.
Did you know if it is right ?
Regards

Yes, you can not customize the permissions on a free plan.
Is your user able to create new tickets in Jira directly (not from within JSM) ?
In my JSW/JSM free plan setup, I am able to create linked JSW tickets from within a JSM ticket.

Yes it is the case. I can of course create ticket in Jira.
So my support process is to create manually a clone of the JSM ticket in my JIRA and lik them manually too.
It is a little bit annoying.
Thanks a lot Kris !
