Hi,
When connecting to the portal https://atbalsts.kultura.lv using FireFox, I get the message "We couldn't load the content in this help center". Login was successful using private window. With EDGE, I can connect to the portal without any problems. This problem recurs from time to time for different customers.
What is the solution?
Hi @Arnis Riškovs, It seems like an issue with browser.
It's loading fine for me on Chrome Browser. Could you please try to clear your browser cache/cookies at all times and then try again?
I don't think this is a good solution.
I have no problem clearing browser cache/cookies myself, but our customers are in the hundreds. They have different levels of computer literacy.
The problem is relevant if you try to log in using your account. No problem for anonymous users.
