I have set up a next gen service desk project. I have a created an automation that when someone assigns a ticket to themselves when it is in a certain status, the automation will transition the ticket. This works just fine.
However, the second that I assign any restrictions to the transition in the workflow about who is allowed to transition it, I get the "No transitions found for user. Ensure that the rule actor has permission (including issue security levels) to see issue and perform transitions" error.
This user is the same user that I have been using in my non-next gen projects. They have an agent license, they are an admin. It just will not work.
Is there a compatibility issue with the new automation and the next gen project workflows?
Hey there Luke,
Can you shoot through a screenshot of how you've configured the rule? Especially the screen for how you've configured the rule actor?
Cheers,
Mark C
