Queues used to display the issues within in multiple pages, with a set limit of issues per page. It appears some recent update caused queues to now load issues as the user scrolls through them, in a manner similar to "endless" or "infinite" scrolling. I'd like to revert to pagination, if possible.
Does anybody know how to accomplish this, maybe a setting somewhere, or can I force a certain page of results to load using some specific URL structure?
Hey Adam,
You are right - we have recently introduced this feature to have "infinite" scrolling of issues in queues.
I went through internal documentation, however couldn't find any details around specific URL structure that could be used.
Let me have a chat with Product Team that is working on this feature and I will get back to you once I get some more details.
Cheers!
Vasily
Hey @Adam Murgittroyd ,
I checked with our Product Team, so here is what we have:
1. We could see that such feature wasn't implemented previously, before "infinite" scrolling.
2. At the moment there are no plans to implement it :(
3. I was advised to create a suggestion to gather interest and understand if this is something we would plan for future.
Here it is:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-7956
Adam, feel free to add any details by commenting in this suggestion. It is useful for us to understand different scenarios.
I am sorry I couldn't help more here.
Cheers,
Vasily
