Hi,
Iv'e added some pictures to my Confluence page, and the picture is not displayed through Refined?
What can be the reason and how can it be resolved?
Thanks!
Hello everyone
For the images that are not showing up in Refined but on default Confluence, this was an issue that originated with a change in the APIs that were are working with. We have since then launched a fix within the Refined app to make sure the images shows up when the page is accessed via Refined as well, and we are in contact with Atlassian to see how this can be improved further.
If you are still experiencing this issue, it would be very helpful if you could contact us at support.refined.com or support@refined.com and we would investigate it further.
Best regards, Maria Heij [Refined]
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I suspect that you may have added them using a macro that is not supported in refined.
If you look to the left of the page title do you see a red exclamation mark inside a triangle?
If you do - hover your mouse over the top of it and you should get a message telling you which macro is not supported.
Hope this helps
Phill

Hi @Phill Fox
Thank you for your reply!
I don't have that that mark. The picture was added regularly by Files @& Pictures
and this is how it looks in refined:

That blows out my first suggestion then. 😜
I assume the image display perfectly fine in the normal confluence view of the page?
So here are a couple of things to consider.
Beyond those thoughts I am currently struggling to think of other reasons why it might not be showing. So anyone else watching this feel free to jump in with other suggestions.

For me, the images did not show up in the Refined for Confluence either for the first time. The images however appeared for the second page though. When I checked the difference was only the captions in the first page which was not there in the second stage. I removed the captions for the images and all of them showed up on the Refined site. This is weird, but it worked for now.
