I have an automation set up to email users an hour before their SLA is breached but upon testing it doesn't seem to send me the email. Anyone know what I could be missing? Also it did not add the comment either.
Thanks,
Trenton
Hi Trenton,
Can you share a screenshot of the Audit Log for when the issue should run?
Strangely enough, it appears to have started working after a reboot of the server. Thanks for your suggestions.

Since you automation isn't sending the email can I assume you have a notification in your notification scheme for "comment added"?
Who is that going to?
