SLA Powerbox - Spent time

Hi,

I am evaluating the plugin for a client.

Is there a way to obtain the spend time of SLAs in an export or by an SQL query?

Hi,

Spent time is calculated live, so data is not fully stored. When SLA is finished you can extract spent time from SLA Field.

Pero los SLA tienen que ser distintos para distintos proyectos?

Pueden ser iguales o diferentes. Depende de la configuración

A mi el power box me piso los SLA que ya habia creado con JIRA, y tuve que eliminar todo lo que habia realizado con el power box
