Service desk forms design - how to change field text location

Users are filling the Service Desk form, but thei are not that intuitive, because help text placement.

Right now the placement is:

- Field name

- Field input box

- Field help text

How can I move the help text on top of input box?

Hi Toomas,

I don't believe you can change where that text shows up. If you are using Forms (formerly ProForma Forms) and not use the built-in form that comes with the Request Type, then you can add other text above the question such as a Note or Warning or things like that. So you can give guidance there.
