Hello, I have a standard Form for a ticket in JSM Data Center. In this form the title of the field "Affected User" ist displayed but there is no Field shown after the title, but only a separation line. The permissions allow licenced users and administrators to browse users and groups. Am I missing somethig since it is a standard system form provided by JSM ?
I changed nothing to the standard workflows.
*UPDATE*
SORRY volks! It is not the field "Affected User" but "Raise this request on behalf of" with the filed-id "Reporter" I think(?)
Any help will be appreciated.
Hi @Destatis ,
Can you check in that form if there are any restrictions applied to allow view access to only particular users?
Thanks,
Geethanjali
Hello @Geethanjali Katagani
there is no restriction on the form. There are other fields on that form shown correctly.
You see in the picture ? "Diese Anfrage stellen für:" stays on top of the Field which ist not displayed. You see only a line. And after that, you have another title "Name der Software" and the field belonging to it.

Hi @Destatis
Can you try checking in the Edit View and see if you're able to edit the form?
Thanks,

When I open the field configuration scheme, I can see the field (system field) listed as "Autor". But when I switch to the view modus back, nothing has changed. I checked the context config also and everything seems Ok. Huh! and the end I will see it wa just a stupid little thing somewhere in my project config ;-)

Hi @Destatis
If you start type a name, is this providing users that you can select?

Hi @Destatis
What if you create a new form and add the field, is it visible then?

Hi @Destatis
So it might be the other form is broken.
In the form where it's not visible, remove the field, "enter" a couple of times before the "line" and add the field again.
Does this show the fiedl.
By the way the line is also placed in the form by someone, as this is also an item that can be placed in a form.
