In service desk i have some custom fields when the all the fields are filled at lst there is a cutom field suppose we will take a test custom filed as check box..In that if i choose the yes option in that the ticket has to be closed automatically..means based on cutom filed option the ticket has to been closed.Please can you suggest any automation rule..I tried with status changed in when...Please suggest

After installation
Go to your service desk settings
On the left side find Project automation
Choose trigger "Field value changed"
Use add a condition, you can use JQL to match the field value.
Then Action Resolve issue or transition issue.

It's perfectly working but after filling custom field yes if ticket is refreshed then only it's going to status closed , Is that would be the right way are we facing any issue .

You need to use a paid plugin called Jira automation.
You can get a free trial and test it.
Then go to your project settings -> project automation
Trigger "Field value changed" then action transition issue.

I think you could but you would need another plugin called ScriptRunner, to use the groovy script.
