Hello.
after creating a Jira Service Management project from the HR template, a set of custom fields have been created.
Let's consider the Case type field. It has a set of preconfigured values Benefits, Career and performance, Compensation and so on. These option valuess are created in English, though the project language is different. Is there a way to manage translations for them ?
Thank you
Pierangelo
Unfortunately, the translations for the option values of a custom field are not directly available through Jira out of the box. There may be some apps that offer this feature on the Marketplace. As far as I am aware, the Extension for JSM by Deviniti provides this capability.
Hi,
apart from spending more money for additional components, what way should I go ? Remove all the values in English from the context and recreate them in the correct language ?

Yes, certainly. If each project uses a single language, you can use field contexts to create language-specific options for each project.
