Jira Service Management (Cloud) is still sending email notifications when an issue is created. I have turned off the notifications for an Issue Created event for this project and verified that the project is on the edited notification scheme. The notification helper says the reporter should not receive an email. Yet every time an email comes in, creates issue, the reporter still gets an email. My goal is to have the email notification turned off for this specific project when an issue is created.
I have attached a screenshot below showing the notifications have all been removed for issue created.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

in Jira Service Management projects there are two types of notifications - for customers and for your team. I believe what you've done is you disabled the notifications for your team, but you also need to disable the customer notifications.
