Unable to update Full Name

FBMT admin December 7, 2021

We purchased the Jira Service Management Premium version, and I am the Site Admin role, but I cannot update my Full Name. 

 

It shows that 'Full Name is set by your admin'.

@FBMT admin , this means that your account is managed by your Organization Admin as Managed Accounts through Atlassian Access. You have to check with your Org Admin first.
